TIME TO COMPLETE PROCESSING
All purchases are processed within 3 days after being placed, via the carrier of your choice based on your location and with the fastest service available.
Items will be processed Monday through Friday only, and not on weekends or holidays. Processing times, weekends, and holidays are not included in shipping estimates.
SHIPPING
Except for nations outside of Europe, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, where delivery times range from 7 to 10 business days, you may receive your purchases considerably sooner. All orders come with a tracking number so you can keep track of them along the way. Packages may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
OPERATIONS DURING COVID 19
Our couriers are moving at their normal rates. At some ports of entry, there are delays in customs processing. We appreciate your patience during this time as we all work extremely hard to guarantee that your product arrives on schedule. Ravihayyy will not be held liable in the event of a delay.
COMPLETENESS AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
It is the buyer’s obligation to double-check that the address and other shipping information are correct. We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. Ravihayyy shall not be held liable for packages sent to the incorrect address provided by the buyer.
IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED AS NON-DELIVERABLE
A $15.00 processing and handling fee will be withheld from the net amount of your refund if an item is returned as non-deliverable.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE
If you decline to accept the package from Ravihayyy, a $15.00 processing and handling fee will be withheld from your refund.
IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
If your package’s tracking information says it’s been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier listed on your shipment confirmation. For packages that have been marked as delivered, Ravihayyy does not provide refunds. Ravihayyy will not be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen while in transit.
INDEFINITE CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES
We cannot guarantee that you will be charged customs taxes or fees or that you will not be charged any. All relevant customs, tariffs, taxes, and fees levied by your government are your responsibility.
WAREHOUSES
Our warehouses are currently positioned throughout North America and Asia. Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the product.
DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times do not include unplanned courier delays. For rural addresses, please add 1–3 working days to our shipping estimates.
